The concierge is efficient, helpful and friendly. They arranged a customized dish for a pure vegetarian guest. The airport pickup and departure is flawless. The breakfast buffet is delicious. The horizon club has a good selection of food, with a fantastic view of the city.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, with a spacious room that was well-maintained. The hotel facilities, including the gym and pool, were top-notch. The location was close enough to the town center, allowing for easy access to many different attractions in this city.

During our Christmas break, we stayed at a hotel that offered two complimentary drinks when we arrived, which was a nice touch. The hotel was also situated in a great location, close to shopping and restaurants. The best aspect was our room's view of the city at night, which was stunning.
The breakfast was lackluster with a limited selection. The gym was small and poorly equipped, and the pool was not well-maintained.

We booked the tour to the Terracotta Warriors through the hotel and it exceeded our expectations. The tour guide, Mrs. Penny, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the site. We learned so much about Chinese culture and enjoyed delicious local cuisine. I highly recommend this hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was truly luxury and exclusive. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and attentive staff who fulfilled our every need. the spa and wellness center was exquisite, with top, notch treatments and a serene atmosphere. We enjoyed spending time in the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and treatment rooms for a full body massage. the private facilities in our room were exceptional, with a stunning view of the garden area and well, equipped amenities.
The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was with the restaurant. the menu was limited and did not offer many vegetarian options, and the staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized.
